Ingredients

1 tsp instant yeast
1/2 cup warm milk
1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
2. Cut in cold butter until pea-sized crumbs form.
3. Add warm milk and knead until a soft dough forms.
4. Chill dough for 1 hour, then roll and fold 3 times.
5. Roll out, cut triangles, and shape mini croissants.
6. Proof for 1 hour, brush with egg wash.
7. Bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes until golden.
