Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, beating until smooth.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Stir just until combined.
6. Fold in both types of chocolate chips gently.
7. Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
