  • Author: Marlene Quinn

Description

Hot Honey Feta Chicken is a bold, flavorful main dish that combines the creaminess of feta with the sweet kick of hot honey. It’s fast, oven-finished, and perfect for a weekday dinner or entertaining guests.

Ingredients

Scale

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup hot honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to skillet. Sear for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown.

4. Pour hot honey evenly over the chicken and top with crumbled feta.

5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, until cooked through.

6. Remove from oven, let rest, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust the hot honey to your heat preference—less for mild, more for spicy.

Chicken thighs can be used instead of breasts for extra tenderness.

Crusty bread is perfect for soaking up the delicious sauce.
