Ingredients
- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or provolone)
- Tomato sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- Fillings of your choice (pepperoni, sautéed mushrooms, bell peppers, spinach)
- Olive oil
- Herbs (oregano, basil)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until about ¼ inch thick, then cut into 3-4 inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of tomato sauce, cheese, and desired fillings on each square.
- Fold the dough over to create a triangle or rectangle, sealing the edges tightly.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs.
- Arrange the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra sauce for dipping.
