Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ½ cup honey or brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, and honey or brown sugar until smooth.
- Fold the melted butter into the mixture, ensuring everything is well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into a greased baking pan, creating an even layer.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, watching closely to avoid burning.
- While the crackers are cooling, melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Drizzle or spread the melted chocolate over the cooled crackers, allowing it to set for a few minutes before slicing into squares.
Notes
Let the baked mixture cool completely before cutting to maintain cracker structure. Optionally, sprinkle sea salt on top of the chocolate for extra flavor.
