Description
This easy air fryer bread recipe creates a golden crust and soft, fluffy interior in under 30 minutes, perfect for small kitchens.
Ingredients
3 cups (360g) bread flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 ¼ tsp rapid rise yeast (one packet)
1 cup (240ml) lukewarm water
2 tbsp melted butter, plus extra for greasing
Instructions
1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
2. Add warm water and melted butter; mix into a rough dough.
3. Knead 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Let rise 1 hour until doubled in size.
5. Punch down and shape into loaf or rolls.
6. Let rise 30 minutes in the air fryer basket.
7. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
8. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and hollow-sounding.
9. Cool 15–20 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Add cheese or herbs for variations.
Check internal temp: 190°F for perfect doneness.
Line basket with parchment for easy removal.
